Before taking up downhill, you need to check the basics such as braking, body and bike set up, and be in good physical condition.

Half day tours. Introduction to downhill with various exercises (skidding, banked turns, jumps, bunny-ups...)

Various trails: Les Gets via the Chavannes, back to Morzine via the Mouilles chapel.
