Piedimulera is a small village neighbouring Switzerland located in the Piedmont region. It lies next to the Simplon Pass at the foot of the Anzasca Valley. It has strong cultural links thanks to oratorio (dramatic music genre) and the churches of San Giorgio and San Antonio da Padova. In winter, the freeriders and hikers take advantage of the Monte Rosa, one of the highest in Europe, which rises to 4634m above sea level.
The Italian club was created in 2007. This mountain village participated in the first two Mountain Euro events in 2008 and 2012. In 2008, the Italians were eliminated in the first round but were semi-finalists in 2012... They hope to reach the final this year!
